Acupuncture

Cupping

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – AcuNua
At AcuNua, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. In order to provide the best service to all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:
- More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge
- Between 48 and 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the appointment fee will be charged
- Less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments: 100% of the appointment fee will be charged
Additional Information:
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made via Whatsapp/text, or email and confirmed received.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time, but the full appointment fee will still apply.
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
