Depending on the circumstances, AcuNua may rely on:

  • Performance of a contract – for providing services you have requested and managing your appointments and payments.
  • Legal obligations – where we are required to keep records or provide information under applicable law.

You also have the right to make a complaint to the Data Protection Commission (DPC) if you believe your data protection rights have been infringed.

Further information is available from the Data Protection Commission at www.dataprotection.ie.

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies.

Some cookies may be strictly necessary for the website to function and may be used without consent where permitted by law.

Non-essential cookies, including analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, will only be used where the required consent has been obtained.
